About us

This group creates outdoor plans heading out from Berlin where a playful attitude is encouraged and expected.
Playful meaning, the focus should be on enjoying the present journey, the interactions and nature, with almost childlike joy if possible, rather than the destination.

In the context of hikes, this often means that the pace is relaxed, we can take unplanned breaks to enjoy beauty, sometimes play physical games, and any participant can propose activities. Sometimes there will be whisper/silence walk sections, sometimes night hikes where we will turn off our lights for a stretch, sometimes the hikes become thematic, sometimes there's storytelling or self-introspection exercises. Paddleboarding? Barefoot? Roaming with no route? Leader switch?

And sometimes, they will just be normal hikes, or other things that are not hikes.

I'll basically throw things at the wall that I'm interested in, and when something sticks, I'll aim to do more of it.

My ultimate wish is to grow a community of people of all paths of life that care about each other and become more than "strangers walking the same direction for one day". But if it does end up being only strangers hanging out, I'll enjoy the heck out of it too.

Each person who signs up for a hike is responsible for their own safety. By signing up for an event, the member acknowledges that they are aware of the risks, dangers and hazards associated with any outdoor activity and freely accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers and hazards, and further agree to release and discharge the organizer of the event from and against any and all liability arising from their participation in the group activities.
If a person (a member or their guests) has health impairments which may influence their attendance they're obliged to inform the organizer upfront about them and how to react if required.

Saxon Switzerland (Sächsische Schweiz) is a stunning German national park in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, famed for its dramatic sandstone cliffs, deep gorges, tabletop mountains, and bizarre rock formations, creating a unique, rugged landscape ideal for hiking, climbing (a major activity), and exploring fairy-tale scenery that inspired 19th-century Romantics like Caspar David Friedrich. This region features a mix of forests, meadows, rare habitats, castles, and miles of trails, continuing seamlessly into Bohemian Switzerland across the Czech border.

This Free Hiking Event is Carpool from Downtown Area For people who don't have vehicle need a ride or people who have vehicle but want to get some passengers to cover gas to make people who live nearby easy access adventure place and meet new friends and have fun together.
Keep a group with vehicle people. This is 6 hours drive totally round trip.
