Let's go rucking - free fitness hike!

Hey rucking buddies,
let's experience a bit of nature and do something good for our bodies at the same time! Come with me on a medium-difficulty rucking session on the Teufelsberg. We will start from S-Bahn Station Heerstrasse and pretty much follow the route that Xanto has done before. In between, we will take off our backpacks and I will lead you and the group through a full body workout (different levels of difficulty depended of state of health and fitness that day). The workout will last between 40 and 60 minutes, with a mobility unit.
At this point, it is important to me that you (if you are carrying weight) do so in a way that is easy on your spine. Choose a backpack that you can attach well to your body, so it should at least have a strap around your chest. Also make sure that the weight is as close to your body as possible, so pack it as low as possible in the bag.
Last but not least: take it slowly and pack a low weight if you have never done rucking before, maybe 3-4 kg. If you realize during the hike that you could actually do more, you can add more next time :)
Anyone who wants to can come swimming afterwards. More information will follow this week.
