Playground Strength Training Session


Details
We will meet at the playground at Rowling Valley West Park. I will take the group through a warm-up, personalized strength training session, and cool down.
We can get stronger, fitter, and healthier outside of a gym too. Join me for a guided strength training session using the local playground, a few fitness tools, and our own bodyweight. Any age, any fitness level - you can (and should!) scale every exercise to where you are right now.
We meet early on a Saturday to make way for the busy activities of the day, and to get a great start to the weekend. Learn the routine, and repeat when you can until the next meetup to see progress and gains.
Dress to move (and for the weather), bring a water bottle, maybe an outdoor exercise mat and towel.
