This weekly run is all about keeping active and having fun – consistency is the key! We’ll start our 5K route from Mariaplan, taking in the scenic beauty of Slottsskogen Park. It’s the perfect way to get your heart pumping and enjoy the fresh air with fellow Play Pals. 🏞️👟

What to Expect:

• The Run: A relaxed 5K route through the picturesque paths of Slottsskogen. Don’t worry if you’re not a speed demon – all paces are welcome! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
• Outdoor Gym: On our return, we’ll pass by an outdoor gym in Slottsskogen – feel free to stretch, do some bodyweight exercises, or just take a breather! 💪
• Social Fun: This is an independent, self-organized event. Just find others with running shoes near the 7-Eleven store at Mariaplan and join in the fun. Everyone’s welcome!

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking to get a bit more active, this is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, stay fit, and enjoy the beauty of Gothenburg. So grab your running shoes, bring your energy, and let’s make Sunday mornings awesome together! 🌞👟
