Do you miss being a kid and playing lighthearted and fun games? Then come join us at 𝐏π₯𝐚𝐲𝐩𝐞𝐧, where we take a break from adulting and repetitive gym workouts for an hour of adult recess. Getting fit as adults can be fun!

A Playpen session is 1 hour of fun and social team games, each cleverly incorporating high-intensity intervals within its rules. Without even realizing it, you'll find yourself working up a sweat in an effective, full-body workout.

Every session offers a variety of engaging team games (such as Tag, Capture the Flag, Dodgeball, Captain's Ball, Frisbee, Kickball and more). Each game also incorporates movements such as squats, pushups, jumping jacks - but you'll be having too much fun to hate each rep!

Feel free to drop in whenever you're available – there's no pressure to commit to a specific class each week. Sessions are dynamic and diverse, ensuring each experience is unique.

Regardless of your athletic abilities or age, everyone is welcome to join. Game instructions are provided before we begin, so prior experience isn't necessary.
