Our members enjoy live theater and talking about the ideas and art of it with other theater lovers. The Twin Cities has no shortage of great theater companies in various venues and price ranges. Please feel free to email the Organizer with suggestions or post them on the "Discussions" page, marked "FYI Events." Not all suggestions can be made into Meetup events, but please share your knowledge with other members. (Post information about performances only, please. No solicitations.)
Most of our Meetup events require you to purchase your own tickets ahead of time for the simple reason that the logistics of collecting money and getting large numbers of seats together can be rather difficult and time-consuming. Don't wait until the last minute--performances sell out! In the rare event that the Organizer would be unable to attend, a replacement host will be found. We meet before and/or after events to socialize.
Our goal is to not only enjoy the arts, but also to meet new people and socialize. Therefore, we generally do lunch or dinner before or after an event as well. <br>
PLEASE KEEP YOUR RSVP UPDATED. THE ORGANIZER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE MEMBERSHIP FOR MEMBERS WITH REPEATED NO-SHOWS AND/OR LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS.
