What we’re about
A social networking event for single folks 21 years or older seeking to build friendships and a foundation for a future monogamous relationship. All sexual orientations welcome.
You are encouraged to join this event if:
• You are currently Single, and seek a Monogamous relationship in your future
• You find online or in-person dating in 2025 to almost feel futile or difficult
• You are actively (or passively) looking for a real connection to spark
• You are hoping to meet someone in-person who shows up as their authentic self
• You value honesty, integrity, curiosity, connection, generosity, fun, and wellness.
• If you have ever discussed with another human, or your pet how much you wished singles groups like this existed in Asheville.
• If you are willing to participate in the 12 minute mingling activities from 6pm-7pm.
What to Expect:
• Arrive wearing the outfit you had planned for a first meeting/date (it should spark a conversation with another attendee about something unique about you/your interests)- Please keep it rated PG.
• The host will introduce four topics of conversations to help you chat with at least four other attendees.
• Bring your zeal for chats about your “green flags,” and be willing to engage in conversations about what traits/ hobbies/ skills are compliments in a strong relationship.
• You will participate in lightly facilitated icebreaker actives designed to get folks acquainted- think social networking meets speed dating and they had a baby called fun!
Ground Rules and Code of Conduct:
• The purpose of this group is to host lightly facilitated events for folks to meet and mingle with others seeking the same long-term goals: they want to be in a Monogamous relationship, and they are currently Single.
• Topics NOT covered: religion, faith and politics. Please Keep the Mystery alive and plan to cover these topics on YOUR OWN TIME/ Hopefully on your next First Date!
• Bring your confidence, NOT your ego.
• Sorry- this event is for people currently single to attend only.

This Singles Event will feature lightly facilitated topics to spark
connection & conversation & guide participants to meet as many of the other attendees as possible.
Participate in the Contest for Best Flannel + light snacks provided. Your RSVP covers your first drink from the bar. Non-alcoholic drinks and mocktails available as well.
4:30—Arrive to the Sunroom, get settled and Enter the Flannel Contest.
4:45—Welcome & icebreakers
5 - 6—Activities- 4 themes with 3 questions each to encourage folks to move around the sunroom and mingle.
6:15—Flannel contest awards – Wear your best to the event!
6:20—Mingling with newly made connections – exchange numbers and make plans for dinner or to get together in the future.
Women: Bring your playful spirit
