Reclaiming Your Body's Story with Jo

A guided somatic journey into your body story – a narrative shaped by your experiences, emotions, and the voices you’ve absorbed along the way. This practice invites you to gently explore that story,
connecting with what’s authentically yours and shedding the layers that don’t belong to you.
Through gentle somatic release techniques, we’ll open up pathways for deeper connection to who you are at your core, and what it means to live in your body, giving you space to fully honour and hold whatever comes up for you – grief, playfulness, stillness, eroticism, compassion, and anything in between.

once you've registered we will then be in touch via email and you'll be able to set up your account and purchase your ticket through the site . The ticket is £25.00 for this event. And if you miss the event there will be a recording sent to you afterwards.
