Hancock Recreation Center

Come paint Hancock Rec Center with us! The center, named after Lewis Hancock, sits in the center of Hancock golf course. The land and rec building were the original location of Austin Country Club, until the club relocated and sold the land and building to the city of Austin.

The property has a dirt parking lot in front of the Hancock Recreation Center. Parking is also available along Peck Ave & 41st. If you street park, check that permits are not required as some surrounding neighborhoods have permitted parking. This location is also accessible through public transit.
