Mueller Park - Butterfly Garden

Come paint the Butterfly Garden at Mueller Park with us! The garden is located in the southern section of Mueller Park. The trails leading throughout the area contain a couple sculptures, a pond and the untouched fields that make up the Southwest Greenway.

While the Butterfly Garden has some paved trail, much of this section of Mueller Park is dirt trails and walking paths. Come prepared with shoes that can handle the terrain. We will be painting outside "en plein air;" please dress appropriately. Bring along hats and umbrellas for shade as most of the area around the pond is not shaded.

Be sure to pack the art medium and supplies you would like to work in during the paint out as no supplies are provided. We will also be driving distance from the park bathrooms and water, so pack water as well.

Free street parking should be available along Tom Miller Street, but please check signage as some areas are permit only.
