Come paint the Speedway Moonlight Tower with us! The Austin Moonlight Towers are the only known remaining towers in the world. Fourteen of the towers still exist and six remain in their original location. In 1970, the towers were recognized as Texas State Landmarks, and listed on the National Register of Historic places.

The Speedway tower is located at the intersection of 41st Street and Speedway in the Hyde Park neighborhood. Painters will be along the sidewalk and the street as the tower is on the corner of private property.

Be sure to pack the art medium and supplies you would like to work in during the paint out as no supplies are provided. We will be painting outside "en plein air;" please dress appropriately and bring water. The nearest bathrooms will be located at gas stations along Guadalupe Street.

*Note: free parking is available along the neighborhood streets, but please be sure to check signage as some areas are permit only parking.
