Plum Flower Ving Tsun and Arnis
Details
Plum Flower Ving Tsun and Arnis is a new martial arts club available to the public. The club and classes are held and taught by Matt.
The first part of the class taught is traditional Ving Tsun.
The second part of the class is Arnis also known as Escrima or Kali.
Our class starts at 6pm and ends at 8:00pm. Our class is two hours long and only once a week.
There is no fee and is a free class.
Materials needed are loose work out cloths such as shorts and a t-shirt and a water bottle.
You will also need one pair of your own rattan escrima sticks which can be found online at various martial arts stores. We do recommend getting the pair from trigonalgear.com

Even though this is a martial arts club we promote a friendly and respectful environment and start off new students at their own pace. Our art promotes peace, equality and respect for all cultures and ways of life.
