while I am not technically hosting this, I will be participating and its free to join!

Come run or walk a 5k! it has an hour time limit and theyre providing water, hotdogs, and chips after. sign up on their link below. they do free 5ks through out the year.

we will be meeting up at 5:30 when registration starts, and will be warming up together, race begins at 6:30. I'll be sticking around til at least 7:30 to talk and socialize as well as cheer yall on (well if you dont beat me :P)

if you can walk 3mph and can go 3.1miles you got this! come get that achievement :D
