Mindful Meet-Up: Community Connection & Meditation

We are excited to invite you to our first-ever Plymouth Wellness Collective meetup. We’re keeping things super relaxed; think comfy clothes, good conversation, and a little time to breathe (literally).
What’s happening:
- We’ll have a casual intro time to say hello, learn a bit about one another, and settle in.
- After we chat, we’ll do a guided meditation that’s gentle and beginner-friendly. If you’ve been meditating for a while, you can bring your own style into it. No pressure.
- Once we wrap up, feel free to hang out longer. We’ll have some snacks, and you’re welcome to bring something to share (totally optional).
A quick heads-up: The meditation involves a bit of stillness and breathwork. If you’re dealing with active PTSD or trauma, this might not be the best fit without extra support. Please reach out if you’re unsure as we want to figure out a way for everyone to feel comfortable.

- Date & Time: March 13th, 2025, 6:30 - 8:00pm
- Location: Private Residence in Plymouth, please RSVP for address
- What to bring: A cushion or yoga mat if you prefer to sit on the floor; we’ll also have several chairs or a cozy couch if that’s more comfortable for you.!
