Our own private PMO, welcome to your behind-the-scenes support group and resource to make great things happen! Starting out invitation or approved-entry only, this community helps each other grow as PMs through tools, techniques, talking it out, and taking time to renew.
Who should join? (As we grow)
We are starting as a private group (consider us off-off Broadway) and once we're happy with the way it works, we'll create the public version and go on the road! Mid-career PMs, (5-8+ years in), senior PMs (9-15+ years in), and leading PM mentors in spaces calling for self-driving and self-developing leaders of change and innovation. While emphasizing mid-sized organizations and broad project responsibilities in nimble/noble environments, all industries and functional disciplines welcome!
What are we going to be doing? Our three main goals as we start:
• Supporting each other, building connections and a network of qualified project, product, program, process and any other flavor of P-manager that goes in and helps innovation take hold to make tomorrow better than today.
• Using our tool- and technique-agnostic community to gather and share non-confidential knowledge on best practices, experiences, and approaches
• Engaging our community of project leaders, hiring leaders, and staffing professionals to learn from each other and match the right skills and experiences with the right opportunity for change.
Baseline Activities:
• Demand survey: Asking what you want and need from a community like this, so we can deliver on target.
• Bi-weekly "brown bag" Zoom: Connect, ask for help, join a topic, get/give mentorship

• PM Artistry and other workshops offered for free or discounted
• PM Skills and Experience Self-Assessment/Data Set (under-construction)
