At our upcoming PMI monthly Lunch and Learn, we’ll be using the Lean Coffee format to guide our discussion. This is a structured but agenda-less meeting format that enables peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
- Here’s how it works:
- We’ll start by collecting topics or questions from attendees—anything relevant to project management.
- You can suggest topics in advance by entering them on this form: Google Survey Form
- Everyone will vote on which topics they’re most interested in.
- We’ll then discuss them in order of priority, timeboxing each topic to keep the conversation focused and efficient.
- The goal is to create a collaborative space where project managers can share ideas, insights, and challenges. This format encourages active participation and ensures that the conversation reflects what matters most to the group.
No preparation is needed—just bring your questions, your experience, and your curiosity.
