How to Use AI as a Project Manager

AI and LLMs are everywhere and Project Managers are increasingly expected to both lead projects with team members utilizing these technologies, as well as to leverage them themselves in their work tasks.
To help them with this, this session is intended to provide Project Managers with a high-level awareness of the technology ecosystem to ground their understanding and help them to converse confidently with others within their organizations. It will discuss key risks, privacy concerns, and how to manage/mitigate them.
It will also dive into chat products such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot as the universal entry-point for interacting with LLMs and leveraging them in their work, discussing the fundamental concepts of “prompt engineering” and how to get the most out of them.
As a final topic, the talk will touch on some specific products with embedded AI capabilities which are deemed most relevant assisting in project execution as a practice.
