PMs for Good is back for our second in-person meetup in San Francisco—building on the momentum from our spring kickoff with a hands-on, interactive workshop focused on scaling nonprofit programs effectively.
This session is designed for project managers and project-minded professionals who are working in, volunteering with, or exploring the nonprofit and social impact space.

What to Expect
Join us for a 60-minute interactive workshop where we will work through a real-world nonprofit scaling scenario. Together, we will explore what happens when programs grow, where systems break down, and how project managers can step in to support sustainable, mission-aligned expansion.
