When you volunteer with us, you'll be directly supporting your neighbors by:

• Assembling meal bags filled with nutritious food.
• Restocking shelves to ensure everyone has access to what they need.
• Helping neighbors shop for groceries, providing a friendly and supportive presence.

All activities take place indoors, so you can contribute comfortably regardless of the weather.
Beyond the vital support you'll provide to the community, helping others has been shown to significantly improve mental health and foster a sense of purpose.
