Managing large-scale programs is no small feat — from navigating discovery and kickoff through to delivery, the complexity only grows. In this session, we'll tackle the real challenges that come with running cross-functional programs at scale: aligning teams with different ways of working, tracking dependencies and decisions, and keeping capacity planning from becoming a guessing game.

We'll explore practical strategies and tooling — including Jira Product Discovery for planning and prioritization and Atlassian Plays for roles and responsibilities — to help you bring clarity and structure to even the most complex initiatives.

Whether you're a seasoned program manager or stepping into a larger scope for the first time, you'll walk away with actionable tips and honest advice from practitioners who've been in the trenches.

What we'll cover:

Common challenges across program phases: discovery, kickoff, solutioning, and delivery
Solving for cross-functional alignment across teams with different working styles
Tracking dependencies and decisions at scale
Capacity planning that actually works
Tooling deep-dive: JPD and R&R Plays
