We’re thrilled to invite you to an afternoon of exploration, learning, and connection at Microsoft’s Inclusive Tech Lab and Human Factors Lab. These groundbreaking spaces showcase how inclusive design principles can shape technology that works for everyone.

At Microsoft, the Inclusive Tech Lab and Human Factors Lab work closely to design technology that fits the full spectrum of human diversity. The Inclusive Tech Lab partners directly with people with disabilities to co-create accessible hardware and experiences, while the Human Factors Lab studies how people of all body types, abilities, and contexts physically and cognitively interact with technology. Together, they ensure Microsoft products are not only usable and comfortable—but genuinely inclusive by design.

After our lab visits, we’ll continue the conversation at the Microsoft campus bar for an optional happy hour — a great opportunity to network and unwind with fellow accessibility professionals. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase.
