Join us at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport for networking and a presentation on the SEA Access program. Learn about our three-pillar approach to accessibility comprised of Facilities, Customer Service & Engagement, and meet some of the team, including the SEA Pups!

11:30 - 12:00 PM: Networking and gathering for optional post-security tour of accessibility amenities. Those joining the tour will need to register for the SEA Visitor Pass in the week leading up to the meet-up at https://www.portseattle.org/page/sea-visitor-pass-program and bring a form of enhanced ID.

ASL interpreters will be available throughout the event. The nearest service animal relief area to the Conference Center is located outside of Door 00 on the Arrivals drive.

How to get here:

• The Conference Center is located on the mezzanine level, roughly above security checkpoint 2. This is on the southern side of the airport.
• We will have an assortment of baked goods and coffee/tea
• We can provide parking validation for all floors except the parking structure’s 4th floor. We recommend parking on the south side and using Skybridge 1 between the green and yellow elevators for easiest navigation to the Conference Center.
• There are elevators once you cross the skybridge that will take you up to ticketing level, and another elevator to the right of security checkpoint 2 to access the mezzanine level.
• A greeter will be waiting in the Conference Center lobby to direct attendees to the Amsterdam Room.
