What we’re about

### Community Guidelines

  1. RSVP with Care
Spots are limited (about 10 per event), so please only RSVP "Yes" if you plan to attend. If something changes, update your RSVP as soon as possible so someone else can join. Emergencies happen — we get it!
  2. Respect the Space
Our gatherings are intentionally small and cozy. Please be mindful of others’ time, energy, and contributions.
  3. Show Up as You Are
Whether you’re bubbly, quiet, nervous, or excited — you’re welcome here. Come as yourself, and know this is a supportive space.
  4. Community Over Perfection
We’re here to connect, not to perform. Participation is encouraged, kindness is expected, and perfection is never required.

This space is for Black women who write — or just trying to get back into the habit. It’s a space for us — across genres, identities, and experiences — to show up as we are and build community while writing.

Bring a pen and paper or your laptop — whatever feels good.

Prompts are available but never required. Write your own thing or follow the vibe.

We meet for a Bi-Monthly Write & Sip on the:
