What we’re about

This meetup is for book lovers and consumers of coffee, wine, and craft beer!
Open to Seattle area community members that love to read and need a balance in life.

We read both fiction and non-fiction books and explore all the great local restaurants, bars, parks, roof decks, and coffee shops in Seattle! We also throw in a couple of book swaps and movie nights! This is a laid back and actively social group. Join for good company, social activities, and conversations!

Some of the books we have read so far: What is the What, Brothers K, Roald Dahl's Short Stories, Let the Great World Spin, The God of Small Things, Bowling Alone, The Geography of Bliss, The Sun Also Rises, The Boy Who Harnessed The Wind, Midnight's Children, American Gods, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, The Brothers Karamazov, Geek Love, Under the Banner of Heaven, The Living, Ender's Game, Hotel Angeline, Skinny Legs and All, Cloud Atlas, Infinite Jest, 1Q84, East of Eden, Phantom Tollbooth, Game of Thrones, The Cloud Atlas, Godel, Escher, Bach, Waiting for Godot, The Stranger, Fathers and Sons, Norwegian Wood, Life and Death Are Wearing Me Out, Slaughter House Five, The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay, Man in the High Castle, Where Did You Go Bernadette, Never Let Me Go, Pale Fire, Factotum, Anna Karenina, Trigger Warning, Americanah, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, A Room of One's Own, White Teeth, Hillbilly Elegy...

We meet at the end of every month at a social venue. Suggestions of books and venues are welcomed!

This is a private close-knit book club, please consider your commitment level first if you are interested in joining us.
