2026 Camping Pre-season Socializing/Van Show & Tell: Magnuson Cafe/Brewery

Hello Van/Campers!
We did it, our 2026 camping schedule is filled out and we have meetup events and great attendance levels from March to July. See this meetup's description for the schedule and I'll update the campsite availability of each event before this social event. I'll also be adding the remainder of the events onto meetup soon.

Let's get together to socialize and support this local business. We'll be at a reserved table inside for the first two hours of the event, then we'll do van show and tells in the parking lot for those who are interested for the last hour.

The Magnuson Cafe & Brewery is great because the parking lot is spacious and not too busy. It's also got a great view of Lake Washington, see this event's photo. Magnuson has non-alcoholic drinks, coffee, and a good food menu. We should be inside, but dress in layers as the inside area is small.

One thing to note about getting to the venue. It's in Magnuson Park and there is only one entrance. Depending on what's going on that day, traffic can get backed up entering the park. The good news, is that this means that the parking lot is not busy.

These social events will help us to get to know each other better before the camping season in a more central-to-Seattle location. We'll be also inviting our friends from We Love Camping - Seattle Area.
