We’re turning up the heat right before the holidays 🔥
Join us for the Mr. London 2-Week FUPA Challenge, inspired by his viral YouTube workout that targets the lower belly (“FUPA”) and tones the entire core — no equipment required!
This challenge runs in conjunction with our Pre-Holiday Glow Up 7-Day Reset, allowing you to improve your nutrition, accountability, and movement simultaneously.
What You’ll Get
- 14 days of guided workouts (follow along with Mr. London’s free YouTube video: FUPA Gone in 2 Weeks)
- Daily accountability and motivation check-ins
- Access to our wellness community for tips and support
- Kickoff call to review the plan and answer questions
- Optional group challenge pot for extra motivation
📅 Schedule
Dates: Monday, November 10 – Sunday, November 23rd
Kickoff Call: Saturday, November 8th @ 2 PM EST.
Location: Virtual (link sent after RSVP)
Cost: Free to join – optional prize pot for participants

Each participant can contribute a $25 entry.
- 🥇 Winner: 80 % of the pot
- 💼 Host /Admin: 10 % (to cover coordination + resources)
- 🌱 Community Fund: 10 % (for future challenges & giveaways)
The Biggest Loser by percentage of body weight or inches lost wins the pot!
