Introduction to Podcasting
Details
Come on out and join us on April 28th for our first learning session of the year!
We have a lot of new people join our group in the last two years so we are starting our learning series by going back to the basics.
Introduction to Podcasting!
Mark Deal will be on stage leveraging his 9 years of experience and sharing with you:
- Concept: How to turn your idea into a show that people will want to listen to and share with their friends and collogues.
- Technology: The hardware and software (and plenty of options) that you need to craft an excellent show.
- Syndication: The steps needed to put your show into the world for others to hear.
After this session you'll have the basics you need to start your show and know what questions to ask as you progress and evolve your show.
It's our hope to have a learning session every other month (with our friendly socials in the months between).
Want to learn a lot in a short period of time? You need to attend a conference!
Our friends over at Podfest has hooked us up a FREE PASS to Podfest in Orlando, FL May 26-29 and will raffle it off at this event. We also have access to deeply discounted tickets. So deeply discounted that we can't share them on this event page - so be sure to open and read the Meetup announcement emails coming from this group!
