About the presenters:
Our guest this month is Robert Tuchman, a serial entrepreneur who has spent my career building, scaling, and selling companies in sports, media, and technology. He also hosted Entrepreneur's How Success Happens podcast for four years.
Today, I’m Co-Founder of Amaze Media Labs, one of the fastest-growing content and technology firms in audio and video. Amaze Media Labs owns AudienceLift.com, the industry’s leading Podcast (audio) and YouTube (video) audience growth platform, built to solve the biggest challenge in audio and video—discoverability and growth. Audiencelift guarantees verified downloads, subscriber growth, and targeted reach through proprietary technology we developed that is now trusted by major media companies, brands, and creators.
Over his career, he's founded three companies that earned a spot on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing private companies, with two previous successful exits:
1. Tuchman Sports Enterprises (TSE) – Acquired by private equity firm Pfingsten Partners. I helped to acquire other companies to join us and then through acquisition the entire organization was sold to WME and its NFL On Location business.
2. Goviva – This company was acquired by Creative Artists Agency (CAA).
Both companies were leaders in experiential marketing, creating premium sports and entertainment experiences that included creator talent focused with a focus on event marketing projects for Fortune 500 clients such as American Express, Salesforce, SAP, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Budweiser, and Google.
In addition to building businesses, I really enjoyed hosting HSH and getting to learn from some of the most successful entrepreneurs including Arthur Blank, Danny Meyer, Kendra Scott, Chip Wilson, and Sarah Jessica Parker. I’ve authored two books on entrepreneurship and passion-driven business: 100 Sporting Events You Must See Live and Young Guns: The Fearless Entrepreneur’s Guide to Chasing Your Dreams and Breaking Out on Your Own.
I’m most committed to impact beyond business. For over 20 years, He's served on the boards of New York Edge, supporting 40,000 underserved students in NYC, and the ALS Association Greater New York Chapter, helping to advance research and patient care.
At my core, I love building businesses around what I’m passionate about—scaling them through creativity, technology, and execution—and creating opportunities that make a lasting impact and most importantly create jobs for people.
