KC Podcaster and Social Media Meetup is the 2nd Saturday of the Month - from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the GRID in Overland Park.
October we will have a Presentation on Marketing your Podcast - FAME.
We will go over all the places to make sure your podcast has been submitted to.
We will bust a few Marketing Myths in Podcasting.
We will cover what does work for Marketing your show and different examples of what you can do now to help promote your podcast.
Schedule:
4:00 PM - Meet and Greet / Podcasting News.
4:30 PM - Session - Marketing your Podcast - Getting the "Fame" in Fame and Fortune.
5:30 PM - Introduce your Show. (Save Introductions to the end so everyone gets a chance to promote their shows)
Bring your questions or answers. And please mention the meet up on your show and Twitter / Facebook / Google+... Remember the Meetup is not just for podcasters but also for those looking to learn more about Social Media in general. Please invite a friend, tell a neighbor.
