Why you should stop using product roadmaps and try GIST

Details
In this talk Itamar Gilad will explain how roadmaps, project plans and product backlogs are failing us, and why he switched to using GIST (Goals, Ideas, Steps and Tasks): a planning and execution framework that creates low-overhead plans that connect strategy with action and are built for change. Itamar first started using GIST at Google and has since helped numerous companies implement it. GIST consistently helps companies learn and execute at high speed, lower management overhead, improve team autonomy, and ultimately deliver high-impact products.
