Poetry from South Asia

we will start Punjabi poem as far back as 1700's. And then move up to modern poets. There we will resite the poem, then discuss the meaning of the poem. All ages are welcome.
This meetup will be light hearted and full of laughter. No need to be able to speak Punjabi. The first time around I will be happy pick a poem. Then we can take recommendation from any group member.
Also, we will listen coke studios as well.
