We know that time is precious, so we’ve packed this session with value:
- Short Concept Intro (5 min): A quick dive into what Flow Metrics are (Cycle Time, Throughput, WIP), why they matter, and their role when scaling Agile (e.g., in SAFe, LeSS, or other frameworks).
- Case Study & Challenge (10 min): We will share a real-world scenario - a common challenge we’ve faced when measuring and optimizing flow across multiple teams. We'll present the problem for you to consider.
- Coaching & Discussion (15 min): We open the floor for Q&A, brainstorming, and joint problem-solving. This is your chance to discover solutions and explore new perspectives!
