*English follows Japanese. ようこそ！私たちは東京都港区赤坂で2006年から、日本で初めてのポールダンス＆エアリアル（空中）ダンスを専門としたダンス＆フィットネススタジオとしてオープンしました。
ポールは１２本設置の大型スタジオと、３本設置の小型スタジオがあり、更衣室２つ、ウォーターサーバー、シャワーも完備しています。
受講生はのべ7万人を超えます！初心者から経験者まで、どなたでも大歓迎です！✨講師は世界チャンピオンやアジアチャンピオン達や現役プロショーダンサー達が２０名以上所属しています。
ポールダンス以外にも、エアリアルシルク（ティシュー）、エアリアルフープ、チェアアクロバット、柔軟、コントーションクラスもレッスンを行っております。
ポールダンスは、フィットネス・アート・表現が融合した魅力的なスポーツ。ダイエット、健康維持、柔軟性UP、新しいお友達作り、趣味としても最適です！

🌟 Welcome to Pole Dance Tokyo Studio! 💫
Founded in 2006 in Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo, we are Japan’s very first studio dedicated to Pole Dance and Aerial Arts.
Would you like to experience a fun and empowering dance class in English?
Our spacious studio features 12 poles in the main studio and 3 poles in a private sub-studio, plus two changing rooms, a water dispenser, and showers for your comfort.
Over 70,000 students have trained with us so far — from complete beginners to experienced dancers — and everyone is welcome! ✨
Our team includes over 20 professional instructors, including World and Asia Champions as well as active show performers.
Many of our teachers offer classes in multiple languages such as English, Italian, Spanish, and Russian, making it an inclusive and international community.
Beyond pole dance, our studio also features a full range of exciting classes — including Aerial Silk, Aerial Hoop, Chair Acrobatics, Flexibility, and Contortion — designed to help you move beautifully and express yourself in new ways.
