TECH & EDU - Play in the Future of Learning and Education

Details

Hey,

In June we’ve started a new series of Polish Berlin Tech events focused on cross-collaborations between modern tech, creative arts, and traditional crafts such as art, design and music. Our first guest Roman Lipski shared experience on working his first of her kind artificial muse - Unfinished.

July 23 we are more than happy to invite you for a next inspiring talk about an essential cooperation of play, education and technology. We invited Justyna Zubrycka, Co-founder at Vai Kai, a digital toy pioneers to discuss how an animated doll can influence childrens’ behaviour and development. What’s the difference between playing with Vai Kai’s dolls and other toys. Justyna tells us also how educators, designers, and programmers collaborate to create and develop such a product, and what’s the role of technology in Vai Kai’s dolls.

About VaiKai
VaiKai supports cognitive and emotional development through connected play. An animated doll communicates gently with adorable sounds and breathing color light. One of the VK’s goals is to prepare children for the digital future.
