For this event I'd like to discuss how one might perceive an optimized way for government and economy to exist.

To prep for the discussion, I'll tell you what I did. I started with a triumvirate of forces, or powers, or entities. Whatever you want to call them and applied some checks and balances to them. You're invited to invest as much thought into your answer to that sort of approach before we meet.
