Hello Politically Curious.
Have you ever thought about running for office? This is a candidate planning event for Shawnee County for the Libertarian Party. Even if you don't want to run for office, come on out to find out how you could help as a treasurer or campaign manager
As stated in this groups description, it is loosely affiliated with that party, but all persons are invited to our coffee shop meetups. I bring this up, just because if you want to run as a Republican or Democrat or other 3rd party (all of which is fine), no one at this meetup would be able to help you with that for this particular event.
Also, if you are outside of Shawnee County, KS, you can still visit, ask questions, and we can likely find a race for you to run in as a Libertarian, should you be interested. We'll have a list of Shawnee county races.
