There is an even for the Douglas County Bail Fund on the pitfalls of polygraphs used in court. The speaker is David Graham, Esq. I will copy and past the language used in an email, and as posted by the Lawrence county library, where the event is held.

Douglas County Community Bail fund offers limited monetary assistance for misdemeanor bail requirements. Recipients must be Douglas County residents housed in the Douglas County Jail; those with caregiving/caretaking responsibilities receive prioritized funding. No funding dispersal in the area of domestic violence. Maximum support limit of $500.

I'm pleased to begin our lovely spring season by inviting you to a discussion and Q&A on the history, application, and pitfalls of the use of polygraphs in our legal system. Speaking will be David Graham, criminal defense and constitutional rights attorney.
