Polkadot Meetup Ljubljana: Meet the Web3 builders

After a super-successful first Polkadot meetup in Ljubljana in October, we‘re following up with the second event, which will bring the movers and shakers of the ecosystem together in Ljubljana and will present a close-up of bits and bytes of the Web3 sphere.
