It's spooky season, so let's talk about the things that are actually scary.

Everyone's on Facebook showing their wins, their deals, their highlight reel, and if you spend enough time scrolling you start to wonder why everyone else has it figured out and you're the only one who feels like you're white-knuckling it, but here's the thing, that's not real and you know it.

I've been doing this since 2002 and I'm going to tell you what most people won't.
Here's some of what I'll be sharing:

  1. Living on $5 a day during the recession, a can of tuna and a packet of Lipton noodles
  2. Sharing a 49 square foot room with a friend during the last recession, in the house I owned, just to survive
  3. The first time a seller called from my marketing, I froze, and I had been putting signs out at 1am every single Friday for over a year just to get that call
  4. Getting up at Toastmasters and speaking for 45 seconds before sitting back down, physically shaking
  5. Living in 198 square feet while building the business
  6. Sleeping on strangers' couches and staying in dirty motels while traveling the country to teach, because I was building something new and keeping the business lean while I did it
  7. Disappearing into the woods alone for three days to process one of the hardest seasons of my life, and coming out the other side
  8. And the one that still gets me, I've wanted to give up more times than most people have ever started

Nobody puts that on Facebook.

On October 20th at 4pm ET I'm hosting a free event called Scared S***less and Doing It Anyway, and it's not a motivational speech or a highlight reel, it's the real, uncomfortable, sometimes embarrassing things that actually built the life I have today, and what they mean for building yours.

Register now even if you're not sure you can make it live, because everyone who registers gets the replay.
