Ready to shock your system (in the best way)? Come join us for a cold plunge at Mount Timpanogos Park! Whether you're a seasoned plunger or trying it for the first time, it's a great way to boost your mood, challenge yourself, and kick off your day feeling alive. We’ll keep it simple, safe, and fun — show up and take the plunge with us!

Provo River near Mount Timpanogos Park (US-189 Provo Canyon).

Who Can Attend?
Everyone is welcome! Newbies and seasoned cold plungers alike.
What to Bring:
- Towel
- Water shoes (rocks can be slippery!)
- Change of clothes
- Warm layers for afterward (hoodie, sweatpants, etc.)
- Water bottle
- Positive attitude 💪
Plan:
We’ll gather for 15 minutes beforehand, chat, stretch, or warm up a bit if needed, then hit the water. It's only about waist high so you can stand or duck down fully immersed in the water.
- If you're experienced: 3-minute plunge
- If you're new: Start with less (even 30 seconds is a win!)
Special Notes:
- Safety first: Listen to your body. Step out if you feel uncomfortable at any time.
