Presidential Election Aftermath

At this meeting we will review the possible reasons for Trump's victory and Harris' loss. Independent and corporate media abound with causes and explanations. For Democrats, the blame game is on, but affirmation flourishes on the right.

Some of the possible factors involved:

• Attributing the result to the voting shift of one particular demographic: white suburban women, Latins, young black and/or white men, etc.
• Focus on economy and working class issues/voters
• Strategic use of media, both bought and earned
• Did the extreme left woke issues and the Trump campaign's highlighting of them swing the election?
• Who was ultimately seen as the "change" candidate and why?
• Harris and Trump and their respective campaigns and consultants are responsible for their strategy succeeding or failing.
