Hi everyone, in my spare time Betty and I volunteer for Pets as Therapy - a charity that enhances the health and wellbeing of thousands of people across the UK. The charity strives to ensure that everyone, no matter what their circumstances, has access to the companionship of an animal.
I’m so passionate about the charity that I’d love you to join this event where you’ll get to have a cuddle and a cuppa with our volunteer therapy dogs and:
- Learn about our important work and help raise funds
- Hang out with other dog lovers
- Have a photo with the dogs
*Relax and unwinded in the tranquillity of Waterlow Park
- Take home a doggy bag
- Refreshments provided
Tickets are sold in aid of Pets as Therapy and you can grab a ticket here on Meet-up or on Eventbrite.
The only downside is that you won’t be able to bring your own dog due to space restrictions. But there will be opportunity to learn about how your own dog could become a volunteer therapy dog in the future!
