A group aiming to unite yogis to practice yoga in unique locations around Brussels. Dynamic choice of yoga styles taught in Hatha Flow, Vinyasa, Power, Hot yoga and Yin Yoga. Locations would be parks, unused public spaces, bistros, galleries, locations suggested by the group or small classes at my health practice. Come as yourself and be prepared to be inspired! This practise emphasises posture correction & breathing properly even when challenged in key poses.This class is held in a close community giving the chance for people to meet others in a context of calm and wellbeing. We also go for a chai/coffee in the area after class, however this is not mandatory.
The location is hosted at Merci Studio in St Gilles (near the parvis) . Everyone is welcome as long as you have a kind and open hearted spirit :-)
