📍 Meet at 703 S Lumina Ave, Wrightsville Beach, NC 28480 (next to the pier—look for our flags)

Are you ready to make a difference with sand between your toes and purpose in your heart? This is your moment. Come together with community members, students, and ocean-lovers for two hours of hands-on impact as we restore one of Wilmington’s beloved coastlines.

Why you should be there:

  • Be part of a powerful collective effort to rid our beach of plastic, trash, and debris—doing your part for cleaner oceans, healthier wildlife, and a stronger community.
  • Perfect for families, friends, neighbors, and anyone who believes in preserving the beauty and vitality of our coast.
  • We’ll provide all the supplies you need: gloves, bags, bins. Just bring yourself, water, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • After the cleanup, stay a moment to reflect, connect, and appreciate the real-life difference we make when we act together.

What to expect:

  • Meet-up at 10 AM under the flags next to the pier where you’ll get a quick briefing.
  • Break into teams and spread out along the shoreline to collect litter and micro-waste.
  • Return by noon to drop off collected bags, share stories, and celebrate our achievement.

Why it matters:

Every plastic bottle cap, every stray piece of rope, every bit of micro-trash that we remove keeps our beaches safer for marine life, clearer for swimmers, and stronger for our shared future. Your two hours can ripple out into waves of positive change.
Come as you are, leave an ocean champion.

Join us, invite your friends, bring your energy—and help us show what happens when a community says “yes” to action. We’ll be meeting under the flags—let’s make those waves count.
See you at the beach!
