Book Club: Secret Santa and social

Welcome to the popcorn and pages monthly book club.

This is a special festive book club meeting.

Secret Santa: Please bring along a wrapped book to exchange as a Christmas gift. Second hand and regifting encouraged. Everyone who brings a book will take a book home!

You will notice the change of venue, which allows people to eat if they want, so this can be a more social event. But this is not a strictly timed event, so if that's too early for you or you don't want to eat then feel free to come later. We'll do the secret Santa bit around 7.30-8pm.

We're an informal, social group, with around 15 individuals attending each meeting. There is no expectation of 'serious' debate and the ethos is very open, respectful and friendly.

Don't worry if it says it's full - feel free to come along anyway! People often drop-out 'last minute'.

We will discuss books to put on the list for coming months. Everyone is welcome to stay for a drink and general chat.
