Time: The First Quantum Concept
Barbican Cinema Café & Bar, London, GBThis week we'll revisit The Fabric of Reality to discuss Chapter 11, entitled Time: The First Quantum Concept.
The chapter deconstructs our intuitive picture of time as a single moving present. Drawing on quantum theory, and basic reason, Deutsch explores the properties of clocks, causation, the 'flow of time', and our understanding of reality.
If this is your first time attending we meet in the cafe of the Barbican Cinema. Look for people with copies of The Beginning of Infinity.
Please read the chapter before attending.
