Are you familiar with the work of Marshall Rosenberg and would you like a regular practise group to help you to learn and embed the skills of NVC?
If you have never heard of NVC, would you like to learn a new way of communicating, a new way to hear what others are saying, and a more useful or effective way of expressing your own needs and wants?
NVC is especially good in dealing with conflict situations and can be used in work, with friends, romantic partners and family.
I have been learning NVC for 5 years and I also refer to it as Mindful Communication. This group is suitable for anyone who is interested in joining,
