I remember the first time I ever chanted... after that experience I was amazed with the stillness inside my mind and the peace I felt. It is amazing to me the tools that we have with our own body that we can utilize to uplift and heal.

In this workshop we will spend 5 days per week for 2 weeks chanting for 45 minutes each session. WE will experiment with different sounds and vocal tones and see how we can move the frequency around our body. We will hum, chant chakra sounds and ancient mantras that were designed for specific experience. We will also be incorporating various forms of somatic breathwork such as box breathing, holotophic breathing, parasympathetic breathing and more. This 2 weeks intends to be transformational for all who are a part of it.

Each workshop being around 30 minutes will be right to the point an activation for your day and life. Please join this workshop if you are ready to do the work, chant and really upgrade your entire emotional, spiritual and physical body. If you miss any session, there will be replay access.
