Live action role-playing (LARP) “The Lonely Hotel”

📍On 18.10 at 14:00, Portal will host LARP “The Lonely Hotel”

A chamber LARP is a role-playing game where every player receives a unique character with their own personality, story, goals, and secrets. You will act as your character, speak in their name, make deals, form alliances, face conflicts, and make difficult choices inside a shared story we will create together.

Role-playing game in which each player is invited to take on the role of a character with their own personality, past, relationships, and inner conflicts. Participants act out scenes in real time—through dialogue, movement, and interaction with one another.

Live action role-playing game: “The Lonely Hotel”

The present day. The Swiss Alps. A small family-run hotel, cut off by a nighttime snowstorm.
Yesterday, the film crew for *Love for Four* arrived here. The hotel owner, Monsieur Kamenzind, and the maid, Nicole, welcomed the guests, helped them settle in, and the evening passed quietly—except for the unexpected arrival of Jonas, the husband of one of the actresses.
Overnight, the snowstorm hit the hotel hard: communication lines were cut, the power went out, and the road over the pass was blocked. The hotel found itself completely cut off from the world—but with a generator and supplies, this seemed like nothing more than a minor inconvenience.
But the morning turned into a tragedy: cinematographer Vincent didn’t show up for the shoot, and his door was locked from the inside. When they opened it, they found Vincent dead—he had been killed by a knife to the heart.

🌍 The game will be played in English.
It is suitable both for newcomers and experienced players. The most important things are to stay involved, respect other participants, and play from your character’s point of view.
Costumes are welcome, but not required.
