Spring Fling Group Photoshoot -Belmar Park, Lakewood

It's time we've had a big group shoot! So come to this open Meetup at the Heritage Lakewood Belmar Park. It's an open air 20th century history park, with 15 historic buildings. There is also natural wooded areas and a beautiful lake with wooden walkways. We'll shoot until sunset to get some golden hour shots.

Models: The theme will simply be "Spring". Think bright and colorful or light and airy. But as always, wear anything you like. Bring a couple wardrobe options. I'll make arrangements for a group album so you can get all your images in one place. You can relax knowing that you don't have to remember who you've worked with to get your images.

Photographers: You're welcome regardless of your skill level. Bring your camera, SD card, and a fully charged battery and that's pretty much all you need. I expect you to upload at least 1-3 images for each model you shoot with and I'll provide you with simple instructions for that. If you are not committed to doing that, please do not register.

Don't be nervous about coming on your own. The group is super friendly and welcoming. You'll feel at home quickly and will meet some new friends. If you're new to photography, we'll help you set up your shots. If you're new to modeling, we'll help you with posing. This is a learning event. We don't expect you to be perfect. We just expect you to show up ready to have fun.

It's a great opportunity to network with some lovely creative people, have fun, and grab some shots for your portfolio or Instagram!

We'll meet in the main parking lot at 5:15 and then head into the park together at 5:30. Stay as long as you like. We'll wrap things up when the sun goes down. If we have a sunset, there will be great photo ops by the lake and pier. I shot there a few days ago and there weren't really any mosquitos, but you may want to bring some bug repellent just in case.
